By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally single (single, divorced, widowed)
Provide truthful, accurate and complete information
Not be subject to any legal restriction preventing participation
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership at our discretion where necessary to protect our members or brand integrity.

Nature of Service
Nubian Connections International provides professional matchmaking and introduction services. Our services may include:
Personal consultation
Profile creation and compatibility assessment
Strategic partner search
Introduction facilitation where suitable matches are available
We do not guarantee: a specific number of introductions, emotional compatibility, a relationship, engagement, or marriage, or the behaviour and conduct of other members.
Matchmaking is dependent on availability, compatibility, member cooperation, and mutual consent.

Membership & Fees
5.1 Membership Duration Standard and Premium memberships are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Black Diamond memberships may be subject to separate written agreements.
5.2 Payment All membership fees are payable in advance. Payments may be processed via:

PayPal
Approved bank transfer

Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumer Law)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have a 14-day cancellation right.
However, if you request that services begin immediately, you acknowledge that services may begin before the end of the 14-day period, you may lose your right to cancel once services have been fully performed, and any refund may be reduced proportionally to services already delivered.

Membership Extension Policy
If no introductions are made during the initial 12-month membership period, the Company may, at its sole discretion, extend the membership for up to six (6) additional months at no additional cost.
This extension is subject to the following conditions:
The Member has actively cooperated with the matchmaking process
The Member has maintained reasonable and realistic criteria
The Member has responded in a timely manner
The Member has not unreasonably declined suitable introductions
The Member has complied fully with these Terms
The decision to grant an extension rests solely with the Company and does not create any automatic entitlement. If granted, the extension shall not exceed six (6) months and shall not create any obligation for further renewal, compensation, or refund.

Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. No refunds will be issued due to:
Lack of compatible matches
Refusal of introductions
Change of mind
Relocation
Change in personal circumstances
Unrealistic expectations
Refunds will only be provided where required under applicable UK law.

Member Conduct
Members agree to:
Treat other members respectfully
Provide accurate information
Maintain confidentiality
Not misuse personal information
Not engage in harassment, abuse, or unlawful behaviour
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund in the event of misconduct.

All profile information is confidential. Members agree not to:
Share other members’ photos or details
Screenshot or distribute profile information
Publicly disclose introductions
Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of membership.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for the actions, behaviour, or representations of members
We are not responsible for emotional distress, financial loss, or damages arising from introductions
We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, text, and materials are the intellectual property of Lead For Success Ltd. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
