That observation stayed with me. Accomplished, thoughtful people were accepting relationships that did not reflect what truly mattered to them — or losing hope after disappointment.
I wanted to create space for another possibility: meeting someone without setting aside who you are, what you value or the relationship you want.
Drawing on more than twenty years in human resources, recruitment and coaching, I founded Nubian Connections International in 2024.
My vision was international from the beginning, with a particular focus on women of African, Caribbean and mixed heritage and connections with men of all backgrounds.
Through personal introductions and, for those seeking deeper support, coaching, NCI brings that vision to life.
