We begin with a conversation about you, your values and the relationship you want, then create a profile and personal advertisement that reflect your individuality and intentions. Your presentation is shared with potentially suitable members of our private network, with trusted partners where appropriate, and through carefully chosen external channels, to maximise your chances. Responses are forwarded to you: you decide whom to contact.

Direct Connections does not include candidate assessment, identity verification or personal guidance; respondents are not presented as vetted candidates.

A more involved matchmaking service for people who want a tailored search, considered introductions and personal support. We explore your relationship goals and agree on a realistic search scope, then approach potential candidates and speak with them about their circumstances, values and intentions before proposing an introduction. Your feedback helps guide the search, and we accompany you personally throughout the agreed service period.

If a potential opportunity arises, we may contact you to explore your interest. You decide whether you would like to learn more.

Decide
Do you only work with Black women?
No. We specialise in women of African, Caribbean and mixed heritage, and our door is open to everyone who shares our values. Our services, process and fees are the same for every client, whatever their background.
I am a man looking to meet a woman of African, Caribbean or mixed heritage. Is NCI right for me?
Yes. We welcome men of all backgrounds who value and seek a relationship with an accomplished woman of African, Caribbean or mixed heritage. We look for sincere intentions and genuine respect for each woman as a whole person.
Do I need to choose a paid service before enquiring?
No. Your private consultation helps you understand the differences and explore whether either service suits your needs.
How much do the paid services cost?
Direct Connections starts from £697, including your profile and advertisement, advice and publication in paid channels where relevant. The Prestige fee depends on the scope of your search and is confirmed after your private consultation, before you commit.
Will you advertise my profile publicly?
Only through channels agreed with you. You approve your advertisement before publication, and we distinguish between a shareable presentation and your internal client record.
Are candidates assessed in both services?
No. Direct Connections forwards responses for you to manage. Prestige includes candidate assessment before proposed introductions. Any specific verification checks included in Prestige are explained before you commit.
Can you support an international search?
We consider international enquiries. Before accepting a search, we discuss locations, travel expectations and the recruitment channels we can realistically use.
Does my service end after the first introduction?
An introduction does not automatically end your service. The service period and completion terms are agreed before you begin.
Do you guarantee introductions or a relationship?
No. We commit to delivering the agreed service. The availability of suitable candidates, mutual interest and the development of a relationship cannot be guaranteed.
